Welcome to Perquimans County!

To enroll your child at Hertford Grammar School, please complete the following Student Enrollment & Registration Form and contact our main office at 252-426-7166 for enrollment procedures.  

• Student Enrollment & Registration Form

• Proof of Residence Affidavit (if needed)

• Meal Application (optional)

• Migrant Occupational Survey (if needed)

• Migrant Occupational Survey Spanish (if needed)

• NC Student Health Assessment Transmittal Form (REQUIRED for all "out of state" student transfers)
